Bring your week

Most watches save each workout as a .fit file. Pick a week of them and this page paints that week as a planet you can land on. Your files are read here, in your browser, and never uploaded.

    Getting the files

    Garmin, on a phone
    1. Open connect.garmin.com in your phone's browser and sign in. The Garmin Connect app can't export files.
    2. Open a workout from the week, tap the gear icon, then Export Original (some layouts say Export File). A .zip lands in your downloads.
    3. Do the same for the week's other workouts.
    4. Come back here, tap Choose files and pick the .zip files. On an iPhone they're in the Files app, under Downloads.
    Garmin, on a computer
    1. The same Export Original works on connect.garmin.com, one workout at a time. Drop the .zip files here without unzipping them.
    2. For every week at once, open Export Your Data in your Garmin account and request the export. Garmin emails a link to a .zip, often within two days. Drop the whole .zip here.
    Strava

Connecting Strava straight to this page isn't switched on yet. Its exports work:

    1. One workout: open it on strava.com, open its ⋯ menu and pick Export Original. If it was recorded as a .fit, that's the file. GPX and TCX files won't work here.
    2. Every week: open Download or Delete Your Account on strava.com and pick Request Your Archive. Strava emails a .zip, usually within a few hours. Pick that .zip here.
    3. Strava only has what synced to it. A week from before you linked your watch needs the watch's own files.
    Coros, Suunto, Wahoo or Polar

Their apps and websites export .fit files too, and those work the same way.

    Apple Watch

Apple Health's own export has no .fit files in it, so it can't be read here. An app that saves your workouts as .fit files, such as HealthFit, works.
